Female kickboxer body conditioning

A young kickboxer preparing for her next tournament. To make sure she can make it through several long matches no matter how tired or hurt she is, she prepares her body and mind by grueling training that would leave many others weeping on the floor. After tiring herself with intense circuit training she let's her training partners freely attack her body for several minutes. And only then, already tired and bruised, the endless rounds of of sparring with rotating partners will begin, allowing them to rest and recover while she has to face a fresh opponent every time. She has been knocked down few times during these hellish trainings, just to jump back up for more. Over the coming years her ability to take huge beatings in the ring and remain extremely fast and strong to the very last rounds - until she eventually knocks out her opponent - will become legendary, earning her the nickname "Tank".
